Management Fees

Fees are based on the amount of assets a client places under management with the firm.
“Growth” & “Growth and Income”: Fees are derived using different “break-points” demonstrated below:

$ 250,001 to 500,000	1.20%	1.40%
$ 500,001 to 1,000,000	0.90%	1.15%
$ 1,000,001 to 1,500,000	0.70%	1.00%
$ 1,500,001 and above	0.60%	0.90%

“Income”: Fees for this investment profile are a flat 0.5 percent of assets under management.

*Investment minimums are $250,000.
